The Vermont State Society will hold its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, March 2nd, 6:30pm-8:30pm to have cocktails, elect officers, and discuss Vermont issues.

As you may know, March 2nd is Town Meeting Day in Vermont and there are town elections held, school budgets considered and various ballot items voted upon, including a big one this year on the future of Vermont Yankee.

Like last year, the VTSS meeting will take place at the Penn Quarter Sports Tavern, 639 Indiana Ave,NW (7th & Penn NW). Located 1/2 block east of the Archives-Navy Memorial (Yellow/Green) Metro, and 2 blocks south of the Gallery Place-Chinatown (Red) Metro station.  VTSS will provide delicious appetizers, and the drinks are on you.
